The capsule hotel in the airport terminal was my first experience, and I was a bit worried, but it turned out to be completely comfortable and not cramped at all. In particular, going up to the second floor, you can buy necessary souvenirs or simple items from Jaya Grocer, and there are quite a few famous restaurants around, making it convenient to have meals or shop while staying at the hotel. Above all, I really appreciated that it was available 24 hours. I think it would be easy to use even if you arrive late or leave early in the morning. Also, there is a free bus that operates between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2, which was convenient for travelers passing through the airport. I would definitely recommend this accommodation for those looking for a place to take a break while transferring or stopping over at the airport. I plan to use it again next time.

Perfect option if you have a long layover or an early flight from KLIA2. The location inside the airport makes it extremely convenient, and everything was easy to find and access. The capsule was clean and comfortable enough for a short stay, with the facilities well suited for a quick rest between flights. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Definitely recommended for anyone looking for a practical and convenient place to rest at KLIA2.

You don't have to go outside since it's inside the airport building. It is located at the back of the bus stop lineup on the first floor. It's in an easy-to-understand location. They offer lockers for large luggage. Just pack the essentials to your living space. It can be troublesome if you forget something. It was a very simple and user-friendly facility.

I had planned to take an early morning flight, so I decided to use it at the last minute. It was my first time staying at a capsule hotel, but the space was large enough for four people, including two children, to sleep comfortably. Since we brought in two suitcases, the space for shoes was a bit cramped, but it was not a problem at all. The toilet and shower room were clean, stylish, and comfortable to use. ☺️

I used the hotel for a 12-hour transit. I had made a mistake with the location of the hotel but was able to have the front desk arrange for me to stay at a sister property. They were always polite and when I went to ask questions, they responded with a smile. I had some anxiety being in a long transit for the first time, but I felt very secure using the women-only space. The shower room was combined with the toilet, and everything had locks on it, situated right next to the front desk, so I could use it with peace of mind. I didn't have an issue with cleanliness, but I thought it might vary depending on how the guests utilize the facilities. If I have another opportunity, I would definitely like to use it again! I used this hotel for a flight at 7 AM. I arrived by train from the city. The escalator to the first floor was at the far end, and I ended up going in circles several times, but I asked a security guard and arrived safely. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was simple, but it was fine for just sleeping. I felt reassured with the women-only room. I would like to use this hotel again.
