Absolutely the convenience

I stayed here during a 12-hour transit. I went to the wrong hotel at first, but the front desk corrected my booking and arranged for me to stay at their sister property. They were polite and helpful the whole time, and whenever I had questions they answered with a smile. It was my first time with a long transit and I was nervous, but I used the women-only area and felt very safe and comfortable. The shower room combined with the toilet had a lock on every door and was located right next to the front desk, so I felt secure using it. I didn’t find cleanliness to be an issue, though I suppose it can vary depending on how other guests behave. I would definitely use this place again if I have the chance! Thank you!

Was great for an early Morning flight

Used during a transit from Osaka Kansai → Kuala Lumpur → Bali. If you arrive from Japan, after passing through the immigration counters on level 2, walk straight for about 5 minutes toward the airport building exit. Just before the building exit, take the elevator down one floor to level 1. As soon as you step out of the elevator it’s right in front of you. The capsule was clean; the shower room was a bit inconvenient because there’s no separate changing area. Agoda's details stated check-in between 8 PM and 4 AM with use permitted until noon, but for this plan you get a forced checkout at 8:30 AM no matter what time you check in. For example, if you check in exactly at 8:00 PM you can use it until 8:00 AM, and if you enter at 3:00 AM you can only use it until 8:30 AM. Also, a MYR 10 tourism tax is required at check-in. Since this was a transit I didn’t think I needed ringgit, but I happened to have exchanged MYR 100 in Japan so that was helpful. The staff said something like “if you don’t have ringgit, your own currency is OK,” but I suspect they won’t accept coins, so you might need the equivalent of about JPY 1,000 in your own currency (not sure though). That’s all for my review.

I chose to use this on short notice because I had an early morning flight. It was my first time staying in a capsule hotel, but the space was large enough for the four of us, including two children, to sleep comfortably. Since we brought two suitcases, the space for shoes was a bit tight, but it wasn’t a problem at all. The toilets and shower rooms were clean, stylish, and comfortable to use. ☺️

It was my first time using a capsule hotel inside an airport terminal, so I was a bit worried, but it wasn't cramped at all and I found it quite comfortable. In particular, if you go up to the second floor you can buy souvenirs or small items you need at Jaya Grocer, and there are quite a few well-known restaurants nearby, so it was convenient for dining or shopping while staying at the hotel. Best of all, being open 24 hours was really great. I think it would be easy to use even if you arrive late or depart early. There is also a free shuttle bus between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2, which is convenient for travelers transiting through the airport. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a spot to rest while transferring or in transit at the airport. I plan to use it again next time.
