I had a really pleasant stay at Capsule Transit Hotel and would definitely give it 5 stars. The place was very clean and the capsule itself was comfortable, which made the stay very enjoyable. There is also a pantry area with free water and hot drinks that guests can take multiple times, so you don’t really need to buy beverages—just bring or buy your own food. That was a nice and convenient touch. The capsule itself is not very spacious, but for someone below 5 feet like me, it felt spacious enough and comfortable to rest in. Totally recommended for travelers who have a long transit (10 hours or more) and need a comfortable place to rest.

Rating: ★★★★☆ (4.5/5) I stayed in the Single Capsule (Female Only) for one night (RM147 for 12 hours) before catching my early flight, and it was actually a pleasant surprise! The capsule was clean, spacious for its size, and comfortable, even though you do hear other guests — which is to be expected in this kind of setup. Bathroom cleanliness could be improved. While it's decent overall, the walls and mirrors weren’t scrubbed well, giving off that blurry soap-stain look. Also, the bathroom is outside the female-only capsule area, so you need to be fully covered to walk to and from it. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and they provided all necessary amenities, including bottled water, slippers, towel, etc. Best part? It's located right inside KLIA2 (Level 1), so it's extremely convenient. I’d definitely stay here again — great for solo female travelers needing a short rest before a flight.

Bed was clean, firm, and very comfortable. Capsule had enough space to fit my backpack inside. Slightly noisy as you can hear people coming and going from their capsules all hours of the night so this place might not suit a light sleeper.

I didn’t stay there myself, but I booked it for my mum. It’s in a great spot, ideal for a quick getaway between flights. There are signs all over, so it wasn’t a problem for my mum to find the hotel and her room, even though she doesn’t speak English. She had a wonderful time there.

Affordable stay within KLIA2, especially if booked via Trip.com. I managed to get a cheaper rate for a 12-hour stay, which is great value for airport accommodation. The location is strategic inside the terminal. You do need to walk a bit to get there, but nothing unreasonable. Consider it light exercise after a long flight. Facilities are just nice and sufficient for a quick rest while waiting for your next flight. Clean, simple, and functional. Exactly what you need for transit, nothing more, nothing less. One downside is security. The single capsule unit cannot be locked, so it’s not ideal if you’re carrying valuables. Best for light travellers or short rests. Overall, a good option for budget transit travellers who prioritise location and rest over luxury.

Very convenient for transit travelers, was expecting basic bed and showers, but the study room and other facilities exceed expectations (although i dont really use it). Toiletries were provided (including towel, toothbrush, toothpaste), there was shampoo, body shampoo, a hairdryer in the toilet for use, so you can really go there empty handed.

This was my second stay here, and it solidified why this is my go-to KLIA transit solution. The best part? I could already sleep peacefully, knowing exactly what to expect. The capsule felt familiar and efficient, not confining. The receptionists are consistently amazing—friendly, proactive, and incredibly helpful. A major tip for parents or those with large luggage: if your stroller or big suitcase doesn’t fit in the locker, just let them know. They have a secure storage area behind the counter and were happy to store mine without any hassle. This stay confirmed that familiarity truly improves the experience. Knowing the routine—using the excellent showers, grabbing earplugs, and now utilizing their luggage storage—makes for a completely seamless and restful stopover.

I love that there was a female-only area, and everyone genuinely stayed super quiet to allow for proper rest. The place was very clean in general, and provided eye mask, ear plugs and a dental kit too! The overall area had a pretty cool design as well.

Hotel is super clean, friendly staff, big showers, comfy mattress - and all right near the Q gates!

I love how strategically the hotel is located and compared to others, it is reasonably priced for an airport hotel. I really enjoyed my stay it was clean the hot water worked well and the amenities were sufficient. I didn’t need to book a Grab to get there and I booked a 12-hour stay at a reasonable price.

It’s got everything you need for a layover! Bathrooms and beds were clean. You have to use your keycard twice to get into the “dorms” so this felt very safe. Towel and slippers provided.

Absolutely worth every penny! The rooms are clean, fresh and surprisingly airy. I loved the hot shower—it’s a lifesaver after a long flight. They provide a great amenity kit (towels, eye masks, water bottle, etc.) and the common areas are very "Instagrammable" and cute. A couple of minor notes: the room can get a bit warm if the door is shut tight and one of the shower stalls had a small leak but neither issue dampened my stay. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing stay if youre having an early flight next day or for transit. Located just in the airport, provides a check-in kit with toiletries and towel, really nice sevrice! shower also has hot water, bed very comfortable, just the soundproof not so good, but overall still a good stay option

I just landed from Indonesia and had about 14 hours before my next flight out so I opt to stay at the capsule transit hotel. This is my first time and I would say it is beyond my expectations. The check in was smooth, all instructions given were clear. My 'capsule' is at the 2nd floor and I couldn't thank enough on that (less noise, less footsteps). There is a locker for you to keep your big luggages but since I only have my backpack so I did not use it. The toilets are clean with body wash and shampoo provided in each cubicle. The hot rain shower is just amazing after a long day!!!! The surau is located in front of the hotel, a mere 20 metres away. There is a free flow hot drinks (coffee,tea,choc) available in the common lounge. I was also provided with care package upon check in which has a towel, toothbrush, a water bottle and a comfort sleep pack. They also provide slippers for the bathroom usage which is available in each capsule. The walk in price is slightly on the higher side so I would recommend you to book in advance via Agoda to get good deals. And if u have booked for 12 hours, then the countdown will start from the moment you check in. All in all, highly recommend this if u have a short transit before the next flight. But mind you that the wall is paper thin so if u're a light sleeper this might not be for you.
