This was my second stay here, and it solidified why this is my go-to KLIA transit solution. The best part? I could already sleep peacefully, knowing exactly what to expect. The capsule felt familiar and efficient, not confining. The receptionists are consistently amazing—friendly, proactive, and incredibly helpful. A major tip for parents or those with large luggage: if your stroller or big suitcase doesn’t fit in the locker, just let them know. They have a secure storage area behind the counter and were happy to store mine without any hassle. This stay confirmed that familiarity truly improves the experience. Knowing the routine—using the excellent showers, grabbing earplugs, and now utilizing their luggage storage—makes for a completely seamless and restful stopover.

I love how strategically the hotel is located and compared to others, it is reasonably priced for an airport hotel. I really enjoyed my stay it was clean the hot water worked well and the amenities were sufficient. I didn’t need to book a Grab to get there and I booked a 12-hour stay at a reasonable price.

Very cosy and a great location. You just get the free shuttle from terminal 1. Bathroom and the rooom were nice. Staff very friendly. Cool experience if it’s your first capsule hotel.

I’ve stayed here previously and overall still find the place comfortable, especially the shower facilities, which seem improved this time and were very pleasant to use. However, this stay was less comfortable due to the air-conditioning issue in the capsule. The individual air-conditioning did not appear to be working. To get any airflow, I had to leave the blind half open so that the centralized air-conditioning could come in. In the past, I did not need to do this as the capsule air-conditioning worked once the card was plugged in. Leaving the blind half open made the capsule noticeably noisier, which affected sleep quality. It would be great if the capsule air-conditioning could be checked or restored to how it worked previously. Aside from this, the stay was generally comfortable, and I hope this issue can be improved for future guests.

For my first time staying at this capsule transit, overall for a few hours of rest, this place provided everything that were necessary. My only suggestion is that the management should look into making the entire place "look" cleaner, and to fix up the lockers. The washroom/toilets were clean and shower gel/shampoo were provided, however I think the cleanliness and overall look of the space can be much better. The price for the stay here was not too bad, but I will also think that it is quite steep for just a few hours of stay. Thus, the cleanliness and overall comfort for guests can be better for this reason. There was also not much ventilation in individual 'capsules', just something to keep in mind.

Rating: ★★★★☆ (4.5/5) I stayed in the Single Capsule (Female Only) for one night (RM147 for 12 hours) before catching my early flight, and it was actually a pleasant surprise! The capsule was clean, spacious for its size, and comfortable, even though you do hear other guests — which is to be expected in this kind of setup. Bathroom cleanliness could be improved. While it's decent overall, the walls and mirrors weren’t scrubbed well, giving off that blurry soap-stain look. Also, the bathroom is outside the female-only capsule area, so you need to be fully covered to walk to and from it. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and they provided all necessary amenities, including bottled water, slippers, towel, etc. Best part? It's located right inside KLIA2 (Level 1), so it's extremely convenient. I’d definitely stay here again — great for solo female travelers needing a short rest before a flight.

I didn’t stay there myself, but I booked it for my mum. It’s in a great spot, ideal for a quick getaway between flights. There are signs all over, so it wasn’t a problem for my mum to find the hotel and her room, even though she doesn’t speak English. She had a wonderful time there.

Location was good for transit, just inside KLIA2, a lot of restaurants to choose. Overall is good.

Affordable stay within KLIA2, especially if booked via Trip.com. I managed to get a cheaper rate for a 12-hour stay, which is great value for airport accommodation. The location is strategic inside the terminal. You do need to walk a bit to get there, but nothing unreasonable. Consider it light exercise after a long flight. Facilities are just nice and sufficient for a quick rest while waiting for your next flight. Clean, simple, and functional. Exactly what you need for transit, nothing more, nothing less. One downside is security. The single capsule unit cannot be locked, so it’s not ideal if you’re carrying valuables. Best for light travellers or short rests. Overall, a good option for budget transit travellers who prioritise location and rest over luxury.

I just landed from Indonesia and had about 14 hours before my next flight out so I opt to stay at the capsule transit hotel. This is my first time and I would say it is beyond my expectations. The check in was smooth, all instructions given were clear. My 'capsule' is at the 2nd floor and I couldn't thank enough on that (less noise, less footsteps). There is a locker for you to keep your big luggages but since I only have my backpack so I did not use it. The toilets are clean with body wash and shampoo provided in each cubicle. The hot rain shower is just amazing after a long day!!!! The surau is located in front of the hotel, a mere 20 metres away. There is a free flow hot drinks (coffee, tea, choc) available in the common lounge. I was also provided with care package upon check in which has a towel, toothbrush, a water bottle and a comfort sleep pack. They also provide slippers for the bathroom usage which is available in each capsule. The walk in price is slightly on the higher side so I would recommend you to book in advance via Agoda to get good deals. And if u have booked for 12 hours, then the countdown will start from the moment you check in. All in all, highly recommend this if u have a short transit before the next flight. But mind you that the wall is paper thin so if u're a light sleeper this might not be for you.

CapsuleTransit Landside at Gateway KLIA T2 is perfectly located inside the airport, making it ideal for layovers. The cubicles are simple and comfortable, with two pillows and power plugs for charging devices, and the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. However, the cubicles cannot be locked, so you must keep valuables with you at all times, and the luggage lockers are inconveniently far from the sleeping area, requiring careful planning to avoid multiple trips. A minor disappointment was receiving mismatched slippers when purchasing a pair, though at RM10 it was a small waste. Despite these drawbacks, it's a practical and decent option for transit passengers needing a quick rest between flights.

I think its well maintained for a shared space. The location for landside its quite convenient as its next to the transport hub. Besides, they provide clean towel, hot shower and hair dryer for use. Theres a separate space for solo female stayers which makes it quite safe too. Theres also a common space for working/hanging out which has coffee and they provide lockers to keep your luggages safely. I came with low expectations but certainly are suprised with the facilities. A huge shoutout to staff Shira for assisting during my stay.
