Simplicity

although it’s has shared bathroom/toilet, the property was clean, well-maintained and had the basic needed amenities. i liked the interior design and overall aesthetic. the staffs were really great and paid close attention to the requests.

I love everything about this property. They even gave me a bag with a towel and a toothbrush to take into the bathroom.

For my first time staying at this capsule transit, overall for a few hours of rest, this place provided everything that were necessary. My only suggestion is that the management should look into making the entire place "look" cleaner, and to fix up the lockers. The washroom/toilets were clean and shower gel/shampoo were provided, however I think the cleanliness and overall look of the space can be much better. The price for the stay here was not too bad, but I will also think that it is quite steep for just a few hours of stay. Thus, the cleanliness and overall comfort for guests can be better for this reason. There was also not much ventilation in individual 'capsules', just something to keep in mind.

Location was good for transit, just inside KLIA2, a lot of restaurants to choose. Overall is good.

I just landed from Indonesia and had about 14 hours before my next flight out so I opt to stay at the capsule transit hotel. This is my first time and I would say it is beyond my expectations. The check in was smooth, all instructions given were clear. My 'capsule' is at the 2nd floor and I couldn't thank enough on that (less noise, less footsteps). There is a locker for you to keep your big luggages but since I only have my backpack so I did not use it. The toilets are clean with body wash and shampoo provided in each cubicle. The hot rain shower is just amazing after a long day!!!! The surau is located in front of the hotel, a mere 20 metres away. There is a free flow hot drinks (coffee,tea,choc) available in the common lounge. I was also provided with care package upon check in which has a towel, toothbrush, a water bottle and a comfort sleep pack. They also provide slippers for the bathroom usage which is available in each capsule. The walk in price is slightly on the higher side so I would recommend you to book in advance via Agoda to get good deals. And if u have booked for 12 hours, then the countdown will start from the moment you check in. All in all, highly recommend this if u have a short transit before the next flight. But mind you that the wall is paper thin so if u're a light sleeper this might not be for you.

Comfy sleeping capsules. Very dark and quiet. I always made sure to book a stay here whenever i had long lay overs in KL.

Great place to spend a couple of hours to get comfortable and well rested. Loved that they provided slippers, towels, toiletries and even a hairdryer. Bed was very comfortable and staff were helpful!

Rating: ★★★★☆ (4.5/5) I stayed in the Single Capsule (Female Only) for one night (RM147 for 12 hours) before catching my early flight, and it was actually a pleasant surprise! The capsule was clean, spacious for its size, and comfortable, even though you do hear other guests — which is to be expected in this kind of setup. Bathroom cleanliness could be improved. While it's decent overall, the walls and mirrors weren’t scrubbed well, giving off that blurry soap-stain look. Also, the bathroom is outside the female-only capsule area, so you need to be fully covered to walk to and from it. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and they provided all necessary amenities, including bottled water, slippers, towel, etc. Best part? It's located right inside KLIA2 (Level 1), so it's extremely convenient. I’d definitely stay here again — great for solo female travelers needing a short rest before a flight.

If you're on a long layover or have a brutally early flight at Kuala Lumpur's KLIA2, the Capsule Hotel inside the terminal is a lifesaver. It delivers exactly what it promises: a clean, convenient, and surprisingly well-equipped place to rest without the hassle of leaving the airport. · Fantastic Shower Facilities: After a long flight, the spacious, clean, and well-stocked shower rooms are an absolute luxury. They provide towels and basic toiletries, which is a huge plus. · Surprisingly Good Common Area: The lounge space is modern and comfortable, with ample seating, coffee machine, charging ports, and free Wi-Fi that works well. It's a great spot to get some work done or relax before claiming your capsule. · The Sleep Challenge: The capsules themselves are, as expected, very compact. If you're claustrophobic or a restless sleeper, the tight space can feel restrictive. It's fine for a few hours of shut-eye, but don't expect a sprawling hotel bed experience. · Noise is a Reality: This is the biggest variable. The hotel does provide earplugs, which you should absolutely use. Noise from late-night check-ins, people moving in the corridors. Light sleepers may still find it disruptive.

以臨時住宿來説，這裏真的超乎預期，是想省住宿預算又想睡得安心的絕佳選擇。入住時提供牙刷、毛巾，還有乾淨的淋浴空間，膠囊本身也非常整潔，床也夠大枕頭也是舒服的，插座還是國際插座，出國不用再東找西找轉換頭超方便。 唯一的小缺點是住客大多是國際旅客，凌晨常有人退房，隔壁膠囊的動靜可能會把人吵醒，但這也正是膠囊住宿的特色——人來人往、很有旅途中轉站的感覺。整體來説相當滿意，下次路過一定會再住！

I loved my stay here. It felt more comfortable and I could sleep better at my arrival as I was very tired and didnt care about the outside noises. When i was staying there before my flight I did have some troubles as its quite noisy. But beside that, a perfect stay and I would def do it again if I need to come back to KL

Value for your money.. Facilities n service superb

CapsuleTransit Landside at Gateway KLIA T2 is perfectly located inside the airport, making it ideal for layovers. The cubicles are simple and comfortable, with two pillows and power plugs for charging devices, and the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. However, the cubicles cannot be locked, so you must keep valuables with you at all times, and the luggage lockers are inconveniently far from the sleeping area, requiring careful planning to avoid multiple trips. A minor disappointment was receiving mismatched slippers when purchasing a pair, though at RM10 it was a small waste. Despite these drawbacks, it's a practical and decent option for transit passengers needing a quick rest between flights.
